Shipping Policy
Where Do We Ship To? Roots Kava Bar proudly ships domestically within the United States. We aim to bring the calming and restorative benefits of our products to as many customers as possible. Orders are fulfilled and shipped through trusted carriers to ensure your package reaches you safely and promptly.
How Long Does the Package Take to Arrive? Orders are fulfilled every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. On average, packages are delivered within 1-5 business days from the shipment date. While we do our best to expedite every order, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Will I Receive Tracking for My Package? Yes! Once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey from our facility to your doorstep.
Extended Delays While we strive for efficient and timely deliveries, delays outside our control may occasionally occur. If your package experiences an extended delay, we recommend contacting the carrier for updates. Please rest assured that we are committed to assisting you throughout the process to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Loss of Package Due to Postal Service Issues Package loss will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance, particularly for larger orders or shipments to areas prone to delivery issues. While we will do our best to assist and compensate where appropriate, the buyer assumes the risk associated with shipping. Once the package is handed to the carrier, it is the buyer’s responsibility to address any issues directly with the postal service. We will support troubleshooting efforts but cannot guarantee compensation for postal service errors.
Refund and Return Policy
Returns We offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at nyrootskavabar@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send the product back. Please note, items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges The fastest way to receive the correct product is to initiate a return for the original item and place a separate order for the new product. Once your return is approved, you can proceed with this process.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at nyrootskavabar@gmail.com.
